Nitra, May 16 (TASR) - Nitra region head Branislav Becik (Voice-SD) has filed a criminal motion with the police, with the reason being threats to shoot him, TASR learnt from Nitra region spokeswoman Silvia Zeumerova on Thursday.

"Due to the ongoing investigation by law enforcement bodies, we cannot comment further on the situation," added Zeumerova.

Nitra region governor Branislav Becík is also an MP and the leader of the Voice-SD slate for the European Parliament elections.
